Cancellation Policy

If you elect to cancel your subscription, you must do so by calling 1-800-899-8955 during the customer care center’s normal hours of operation. Your service and subscription will be terminated immediately. We will provide you with a refund of any pre-paid, but unused fees related to the subscription. In the event that you purchased your subscription based on a volume discount (e.g., an annual fee of $549 v. a monthly plan of $49.99 a month), you will lose the benefit of the discounted rate. Using the prior example, your refund will be calculated based on a daily fee of $1.66 a day ($49.99 / 30) for each day on which you received services rather than $1.50 a day ($549 / 365). Unless otherwise required by law, we will issue the refund within 60 days of the day your cancellation request is received.
