Try the Wellcore system for 30 days* risk-free. If you aren’t completely thrilled with how it works, you may return it for a full refund of both the cost of the Wellcore system and any subscription charges incurred for the Wellcore Service, less shipping, handling and applicable taxes.**

This guarantee applies ONLY to Wellcore systems purchased directly from Wellcore via the phone or the online store located at www.wellcore.com.
For returns of the Wellcore system purchased directly from Wellcore, you must call 800-899-8955 and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and shipping address. Your refund is conditioned upon your return of the Wellcore system and accessories in its original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the system. The system must be returned to Wellcore within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA.

*The 30 day guarantee period ends on the earlier of (i) 30 days after the date the Wellcore system first connects to the Wellcore Service or (ii) the date 60 days after the original shipping date.

**In the states of California & New York, refunds for returns requested within 7 days of purchase will include the amount of shipping, handling and applicable taxes.
